ON ARRIVAL TRAINING & ARRVIAL:
ON ARRIVAL TRAINING – a big hello from the trainers, with this info for volunteers:
WHAT VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING?
● bring photo (size from passport to 5-7cm) – for the first evening!
● Warm and waterproof clothing: Obertauern could be really cold
next week (very possibly snow!),
Austria can be cold, even in Summer:
hat, glove, warm shoes, extra pullover!
● Drinks and snacks for the intercultural night (You will not be able to heat or cook anything in the hostel)
● Given the special setting of this project we will have also an
“interfootball” evening! Please bring some things which show your
personal relationship with *football*. It can be some fan stuff from
your favourite team, anything will do (gadgets, pictures, stickers,
autographs...), and if you are a fan of a small, local and relatively
unknown team... all the better! If will be even better to share this
information with the others. Don't worry if you don't like football at
all, or have a bad relationship with it. Bring some object that will
somehow show this "critical" relationship!
● musical instruments, music, games you like and might want to play with others
Please be aware, that there will be no shopping or money machines available in the hostel
Attached the programme!
